  • Eligibility: Users who have completed our KYC process.
  • Cash In & Cash Out: 2.5% per transaction.
  • Fees: 2.5% per transaction.
2. Individual Verified - Level 2
  • Eligibility: Users who have completed our additional KYC process.
  • Fees: Cash In & Cash Out: 1.80% per transaction.

For Business Users

1. Business Verified - Level 1
  • Eligibility: Businesses that have completed KYB verification.
  • Cash In & Cash Out: 2.25% per transaction.
  • Transactions Between Users: 2.5% per transaction.

  • Cash Out: Withdrawing or transferring funds from your Cashalot account to your linked account.
  • Transactions Between Users: Fee applied when a business account transacts with other users
