To view another user's Cashalot App Profile, simply tap on their profile image wherever it appears within the app, and you'll be able to see more details about their profile.

To Complete or Edit Your Profile in Cashalot App

  1. Tap your personal avatar in the upper right corner of the app.
  2. Select 'Personal'.
  3. Tap 'Add Bio'.
  4. Enter your Bio details – you have up to 140 characters, including emojis.

  2. Instant Deposits: Instant Deposits are subject to a fee ranging from 0.5% to 1.75% of the deposit amount, with a minimum fee of $0.25.

The funds are transferred instantly to your linked debit card. Choose the option that best suits your needs, whether it's the convenience of Instant Deposits or the fee-free standard deposit.

If you send a deposit to a closed bank account or a canceled debit card, your bank might hold onto the funds until you get in touch with them. Additionally, they may choose to issue a check to the address they have on file for you.

In cases where the debit card number has changed but the associated bank account remains active, the funds might be returned to your Cashalot app. If this happens, you can redeposit the funds by linking a new debit card or bank account to your Cashalot account.

If you've transferred funds from your Cashalot app balance to a linked account, you can easily check the status of this transaction in your activity feed.

To review the Cash Out within the Cashalot app:

  1. Tap the 'Activity' tab on your Cashalot app home screen.

If your bank is not compatible with Instant Deposit on Cashalot, any fees charged for the Instant Deposit will be refunded to you. In such cases, your deposit will be processed as a standard transaction and should arrive in your bank account within 1-3 business days. Once a deposit has been initiated, Cashalot unfortunately cannot retract or reverse the transaction. If your deposit has not arrived after 3 business days, it's important to get in touch with Cashalot Support for assistance. You can do this by tapping 'Contact Support' in the app.

If you're experiencing difficulties linking your bank account to your Cashalot app, follow these steps for a manual setup:

  1. Open the Cashalot App: Launch the app on your device.
